Membership

Membership is open to all organizations and individuals in Waterloo Region who support the goals and objectives of Together 4 Health.  You may choose to participate as a(n):

Partner – representative of an organization actively participating in planning,
implementing or evaluating at least one activity by a Together 4 Health workgroup.

Ambassador – individual not affiliated with an organization, who is actively participating in planning, implementing or evaluating at least one activity by a Together 4 Health workgroup

Member – organizations or individuals who are not able to actively participate but stay
informed through email communication and participate when possible/appropriate

Partners or ambassadors of Together 4 Health agree to:
-    Execute the vision, mission and goal of Together 4 Health
-    Follow the Guiding Principles, Policies and Organization Guidelines
-    Use the Together 4 Health logo in accordance with established guidelines
-    Promote Together 4 Health, its programs and its individual partners
-    Share information and resources with Together 4 Health partners
-    Encourage new partners to join
-    Participate in planning days, recognition events
-    Submit update 3 times per year
-    Make in-kind contributions or time or resources to support at least one activity

Members of Together 4 Health agree to:
-    Promote Together 4 Health, its programs and its individual partners
-    Share information and resources with Together 4 Health partners
-    Encourage new partners to join
