Workplace Wellness

Mission:
The mission of the Together 4 Health Workplace Wellness Group is to promote and support wellness initiatives within workplaces in Waterloo Region. We work collectively with local workplaces to inspire, create and celebrate a culture of wellness.

Who We Are:
A coalition of community partners from organizations and workplaces that are dedicated to health promotion and wellness within the workplace.

What We Offer:

• provide skill-building sessions for workplace wellness providers
• promote Healthy Workplace Month (nationally a month dedicated to workplace health promotion initiatives)
• development of a future Healthy Workplace Awards Program.
